Any individual, firm or corporation who is licensed by the State of Florida to do business as a general building contractor, an owner-builder, land developer, or project developer. 

Associate members may be a person, firm or corporation licensed to do business, or any person or entity offering professional services of any kind to the building industry such as architectural, engineering, electrical, plumbing, marketing, design, financial services, etc., or any form of business that benefits/serves the industry. 

Owners and employees of HBCA Member companies not listed as the main contact, can also become full members of the HBCA, FHBA and NAHB for a fraction of the Builder and Associate dues.
