About
ELM Civil Engineers (ELMce, LLC) is a civil engineering firm based in Indialantic, specializing in site development, stormwater management and permitting for commercial, industrial and multifamily projects. Most of our work is infill sites from a quarter acre to five acres across Brevard, Orange, Seminole and Polk counties. We prepare site plans, grading and drainage, and utility design, and handle permitting with counties, cities, SJRWMD, FDEP and FDOT. Our production team lets us turn projects around fast, so builders and developers get to permit sooner. We work in English and Spanish, se habla español. Led by Will Mitchell, PE, licensed in Florida, Minnesota and Oklahoma.
