Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charlotte, NC, for a very experienced Site Superintendent. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, coordinating with subcontractors, enforce safety procedures, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring quality control. Daily tasks include managing schedules, ordering materials, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Management and Project Scheduling, including ProCore
- MUST HAVE LARGE BUILD-OUT, RESTAURANT CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or licenses such as OSHA or PMP are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
