Builder/Developer Membership is open to any person licensed to preform residential, commercial or industrial construction. Payments of dues to the HBCA cannot be considered tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, they may be eligible for deduction as ordinary and necessary business expenses. It is advisable for members to consult with a professional tax advisor to accurately assess their deductions.

Associate Membership $ 765

Associate Membership is open to any person or business whose principal business is industry related, but is not a builder or developer. Payments of dues to the HBCA cannot be considered tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, they may be eligible for deduction as ordinary and necessary business expenses. It is advisable for members to consult with a professional tax advisor to accurately assess their deductions.

Affiliate Membership $ 200

Affiliate Membership is open to any person who is not the primary contact and whose company is an HBCA member in good standing. Payments of dues to the HBCA cannot be considered tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal tax purposes. However, they may be eligible for deduction as ordinary and necessary business expenses. It is advisable for members to consult with a professional tax advisor to accurately assess their deductions.

HBCA Foundation $25 one time

Voluntary contribution that supports local educational opportunities to address the nationwide labor shortage.

Political Action Committee $25 one time

Voluntary contribution to the Political Action Committee.
