About Us

I have a passion for real estate sales that is surpassed only by my knowledge of the Brevard market. My understanding of the local market aids me in understanding that not all sales are the same. I take each sale on a case by case basis putting my focus on customizing a sales strategy to the market whether it is a luxury waterfront property, or selling your first home, or investment property. I have been a professional real estate specialist since 2002 and a Broker Associate since 2007 and a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. I attribute my success as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer to my reputation for integrity, loyalty, fairness, and honesty among colleagues and clients; knowledge and competence in local and international residential sales; strict attention to details in MLS listings, contracts, and closings; and providing outstanding customer service through frequent contact with clients through cell phone, texting, e-mail and face to face. I have additional training in ''Real Estate Owned and Short Sales,'' The Realtors® Essential Technology Toolbox'' and ''Tax Law Changes.'' I am a member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors® and the Florida Realtors®.
I also have a background in Aerospace Technology and hold a BS in Organizational Management from Warner Southern College.
